The Hermit (IX) is the ninth card in most traditional Tarot decks. Sailor Pluto is perfect for the hermit card - her Garnet Rod and Garnet Orb is like the staff and the lantern of the original hermit. She is the lonley guardian which fate is to protect the Time Gate and live in isolation. She has the highest knowledge of the Sailor Senshi and is the daughter of Chronos (in the Mythic Tarot deck, the Hermit is depicted by Chronus).
