Elysion

The Emperor (IV) is the fourth card in most traditional Tarot decks. The card can mean: Energy, force & drive, creating order out of chaos, being fearless, structure & logic.
For the Emperor, I wanted to draw Prince Endymion - he fits better than Tuxido Mask or King Endymion of the future, because in his armor he looks more powerful & more like a true King.
For the frame I wanted his 4 loyal bodyguards & generals Jadeite, Nephrite, Zoisite & Kunzite. In the old anime they never remember on their old life under Endymion. So I was happy in Sailor Moon Crystal the Shitennou get their memories back & help their master as spirits. In the background you can see his old kingdome Elysion.
